本校創辦於2002年，前身為聖公會荆冕堂幼稚園。因受德士古道改建工程影響，荆冕堂需拆卸重建。至2002年新堂建成，幼稚園服務亦隨即展開，為區內的小朋友提供優質的教育。此外，亦得蒙高傑德醫生對幼稚園教育的支持，為紀念其先夫而為幼稚園取名「士德」(SADICK譯音)幼稚園。「士」解作讀書人，「德」解作德行，希望每一位小朋友都成為有德行有智慧的人。
本校以『主耶穌基督的愛』提供優質教育，啟發幼兒內在的潛能，培養幼兒的想像力和創造力，建立積極的人生觀。凡事感謝，有愛心，懂得寬恕別人，在充滿愛與歡樂的環境中成長，讓幼兒在德、智、體、群、美、靈各方面得到整全的發展。
本校以兒童為中心，讓幼兒從遊戲和活動中學習；故課程以設計活動為教學模式，配合結構式學習，透過老師與幼兒進行互動及在自主而多元化的學習環境中，並參與不同的參觀體驗活動，讓幼兒去建構知識，以達致「遊戲學習好開始，均衡發展樂成長」的教育目標。

19th October (Monday) is the Chung Yeung Festival Holiday, and the school will be closed for the day.
The Autumn Picnic for K2 students will be held on 23rd October (Friday), at Lai Chi Kok Park. Both morning and afternoon K2 students should arrive at school on time by 8:30 a.m., with dismissals at around 1:00 p.m.Students must wear their neat summer PE uniform with name tags. Please prepare a backpack with snacks, drinks, a water bottle with a shoulder strap, rain gear, insect repellent, and sunscreen—all items must be clearly labeled with the student's name.School bus service will not be provided for K2 students on this day; parents are requested to pick up and drop off their children in person.*K1, and K3 students will have a holiday on this day.
Interest classes will commence on 5th October. Registered parents, please note that you are required to arrange your own transportation to drop off and pick up your children, as school bus service will not be provided by the school.
To help students learn about natural ecology and the development of Hong Kong toys, the school has specially arranged a visit to the Hong Kong Heritage Museum for K3 students on 14th October (Wednesday).
